Who We Are
Krystle’s Krap is a small online shop run by Krystle in Nebraska. Questions about this policy can go to shop@krystleskrap.com.
What We Collect
- When you order: your name, email address and shipping address, and what you bought. For local pickup, also your phone number, so we can arrange a time.
- If you create an account: your email address and a password. Accounts are optional; you can always check out without one.
- If you ask to hear when something is back in stock: your email address and the product.
- Your cart and wishlist stay in your own browser. We don’t receive them unless you check out.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. Your card or bank details go to PayPal, never to this site. To take the payment we share your name, email address, shipping address and order total with PayPal, and PayPal’s own privacy policy covers what it collects.
How We Use It
To process, pack and ship your order, to send your order confirmation and shipping updates, to answer your questions, and to tell you when an item is back in stock if you asked. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t send marketing emails.
Who Helps Us Run The Shop
A few services handle information on our behalf, only to provide their service: Netlify (hosts the website), Supabase (stores orders, accounts and product details), PayPal (takes payments), Resend (sends order emails), Google Workspace (our email inbox) and Cloudflare (a quick check that keeps automated bots out of checkout). Your name and address also go to the shipping carrier that delivers your order (usually USPS).
Cookies And Browser Storage
We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser keeps your cart and wishlist, and keeps you signed in if you have an account. During checkout without an account, a cookie that lasts one hour links the checkout to your browser.
How Long We Keep It
Order records are kept for up to 7 years, for taxes, returns and our records. Back-in-stock requests are kept until we email you, or for up to a year. Records of technical errors contain no personal details and are deleted after 30 days.
Your Choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account, email shop@krystleskrap.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records for tax purposes.
Children
The shop isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
